Notary Public

 

The law in Puerto Rico establishes that only local attorneys can be Notaries Public; that means that the court reporter does not have the power or authority to swear in deponents. Verbatim will facilitate the services of a Notary Public if so required.

To best secure an accurate record of your deposition, you may wish to have on hand, in addition to a court reporter, a videographer. Verbatim can provide you with certified, expert videographers. Our videographers use the latest technology to give you the highest quality video of your deposition. We can offer you this footage in your choice of format including DVD, MPEG1, MPEG4, or synchronized to the text with hyperlinked exhibits.
